Who’s behind this
The Wellness Rundown is edited by Lauren Walsh, who reads the research so you don’t have to spend your Sunday afternoon Googling “perimenopause gut why.” Every post here is sourced from real human research. Not influencer rumor mill, not affiliate-marketing boilerplate, not vague “experts say” hand-waving.

Every piece on this site is grounded in real research, hedged honestly, and stripped of the wellness-industrial-complex theatrics. We name mechanisms in plain sentences. We cite study categories that actually exist. We tell you what to skip alongside what’s worth trying.
What we don’t do
We don’t promise miracles. We don’t write fake testimonials. We don’t recommend things we haven’t researched. We don’t pretend perimenopause is something you can biohack your way out of in 90 days.
